Interim Director of Academic Services for Middle and High School

The Director of Academic Services for Middle and High School is responsible for the effective implementation of curriculum for students with a primary focus on education and learning while improving social and emotional skills.

Classroom Experience

Individualized academic programs with integrated specialized services. Students will be assigned to classrooms based on age, ability, and social/emotional needs. Students will present with a primary diagnosis of intellectual developmental disability with varied secondary diagnoses such as autism or social/emotional. The students have complex learning and social needs.

Curriculum

The curriculum will be modified based on the MA Dese Curriculum Standards. Students will participate in many social and recreational activities on and off campus. Students will begin structured pre-work experiences when ready.
