Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified and dedicated Support-External Classroom Assistant to join our team as a 2026 - 2027 Teacher Assistant (Bilingual) - 10 Month. The successful candidate will provide support to students with diverse learning needs in a classroom setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized support to students with diverse learning needs
• Assist teachers with lesson planning, instructional strategies, and classroom management
• Develop and implement behavioral intervention plans as needed
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and behavior
• Maintain accurate records of student data and progress reports

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) language proficiency required
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1 year of experience working with students with diverse learning needs preferred
• Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary clearances
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
