Responsibilities

Most of our class sizes range from 8 to 15 school-age patients at any one time. Position hours are flexible (up to 8 hours per day), Monday through Friday. Candidates must be available between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm.
• Plan and deliver daily lesson plans
• Provide individualized assistance to students
• Regularly communicate about student progress as needed
• Monitor and adjust teaching strategies to ensure student success
• Maintain accurate attendance and session reports

• B.A./B.S degree from an accredited institution
• M.A. teaching certification
• Comfortable working within a pediatric and adolescent population
• Reliable transportation
• Must be available between 8am-4:30pm

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and creative teacher to join our team in Boston, MA for the school year. This 1:1 bedside tutoring position will involve working in a hospital facility, providing academic support to child and adolescent school-age patients.
