Responsibilities: Requirements: *Preferred Qualifications:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive basketball program for 2nd and 3rd grade students at McKee Elementary School.
• Foster a positive team environment that promotes sportsmanship, discipline, and academic excellence.
• Collaborate with the school administration, teachers, and parents to ensure alignment with school policies and goals.
• Create and maintain a safe and inclusive practice and game environment for all students.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills necessary to engage students, parents, and school administrators.
• Demonstrated ability to create a positive team environment that promotes sportsmanship and discipline.
• Ability to manage time effectively to meet the demands of coaching multiple teams and events.
• Coaching experience with elementary school students (ages 8-10).
• Certification in First Aid/CPR for Coaches or willingness to obtain.
• Experience working with diverse student populations and creating inclusive environments.

McKee Head Boys/Girls Elementary Basketball Coach (2-3 Grade)

Job Title: McKee Head Boys/Girls Elementary Basketball Coach 2-3 Grade

Work Schedule

Hours: Monday-Friday, 3:30pm-5:00pm (after-school practice), Friday evenings (game nights) until completion of game. Saturday mornings for tournaments as scheduled by the school.
