Job Title - Indoor Track & Field, Head Coach - --- - --- - Job Description: Position: Head Coach / Indoor Track & Field Reports to: Athletic Director and Building Principal Job Goal: To lead and organize the indoor track and field program, fostering athletic improvement and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Compensation: Per NTA Contract
• Conduct practices and manage meets
• Develop training programs for all events

Qualifications

• Knowledge of track and field events and rules
• Prior coaching experience preferred
