About the Employer

Qualifications

Applicants must meet the requirements for a Title I Paraprofessional, including: + Completed two years of study (48 credit hours) at an institution of higher education; + Hold an associate’s (or higher) degree; + Have passed the Parapro Assessment through ETS.
• Previous experience as an instructional assistant in a public school system or experience working with groups of children preferred.
• Basic reading, writing, and computation skills; good written and oral communication skills; basic computer skills preferred.
• Must have a high school diploma or its recognized equivalent and
• Must have met one of the following options:

Proof of Highly Qualified Certification

Pay Rate

Instructional Assistant Grade C2B Salary Scale (credit is based on years of full-time experience in a related position)

Assignment

• Full time / 10 months / 183 days

Start Date

This position is effective with the 2026-2027 school year.
