Job Title: IT Technician I - Job Description: Provide technology support for presentation rooms, approved hardware, software, network, and Region 7 staff including Head Start site-staff. Assist and support Prime IT and ESC-7NET customers as needed. - Responsibilities: - • Travel to customer sites to deliver/pick-up equipment - • Troubleshoot technology issues - • Install & configure hardware and software - • Assist the Network Specialist and/or as directed by the Director of Information Technology - Physical Requirements: - • Must be able to climb a ladder - • Must be able to lift heavy technology equipment - Travel:** - • Travel will be primarily via ESC fleet vehicles. - • Personal vehicle may be required, with mileage reimbursement, in the event of an unavailable fleet vehicle.
