• Knowledge of the sport and rules
• Documented record of success in handling middle school age student athletes
• Experience coaching cheerleading and/or cheering at the middle school level
• Possess strong personal ethics, be a positive professional role model, and demand from athletes a high standard of conduct and discipline
• Must be able to work within a budget
• Effective communication skills with athletes, coaches, parents, and administration

Coach - Middle School Competitive Cheerleading

Assignment/Responsibility: Constantine Public Schools is in search of a coach who can successfully lead the middle school cheerleading program. Constantine Middle School has great facilities with outstanding community support for our athletic programs. The candidate for this position needs to be motivated and work hard for our school and community. Our coach needs to be able to prepare the team members socially, mentally and physically in order to meet the challenges of being a student athlete.
