• Monitor scholar progress, identify barriers to learning, and adjust instruction to support academic growth.
• Collaborate with school leadership, colleagues, and families to support scholar success and advance school goals.
• Uphold school and archdiocesan policies, fulfill professional responsibilities, and participate in professional learning and faith formation.
• Contribute to school programs, activities, and initiatives that strengthen the Sacred Heart community.

The 7/8 STEM Teacher at Sacred Heart STEM School plays a vital role in creating a rigorous, engaging, and supportive learning environment where every scholar is challenged, known, and inspired to grow. Through purposeful planning, engaging instruction, and meaningful assessment, the 7/8 STEM Teacher fosters curiosity, critical thinking, problem-solving, and scholar ownership of learning while supporting the academic, social-emotional, and spiritual growth of each scholar.
