Job Title - long-term substitute custodian- 2-10 pm
Job Description: reports to: building supervisor

Hours/Shift: 2:00 pm � 10:00 pm (night shift)

Job Summary:
Maintains a clean, safe, and operational environment during the 2:00 pm � 10:00 pm shift by performing sanitization, material handling, floor care, and light facility maintenance.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize classrooms, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
- Perform evening floor care (sweeping, mopping, buffing) and dispose of trash daily.
- Assist with light facility repairs, material delivery, and basic HVAC system monitoring.
- Secure doors, windows, and grounds at the close of the evening shift.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- 5 years of custodial/facilities experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills and working knowledge of HVAC controls.
- Valid MA driver's license.

Physical Requirement:
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform physical labor.
