Responsibilities

• Provide individualized instruction and specialized support to 3 self-contained pre-k students.
• Develop and implement lessons aligned with students' IEP goals and developmental needs.
• Monitor student progress and maintain appropriate documentation.
• Collaborate with related-service providers, paraprofessionals, and school staff.
• Support students' academic, social-emotional, behavioral, and developmental growth.
• Maintain a safe, structured, and inclusive classroom environment.

Qualifications

• Valid New Jersey Special Education Teaching Certification required.
• Experience working with pre-k or students with disabilities preferred.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Ability to commit to the full Monday-Friday schedule.
