• Assist the head softball coach with planning and implementing practice sessions and games.
• Develop and implement individualized coaching plans for student-athletes.
• Foster a positive team culture and promote sportsmanship among players.
• Maintain accurate records of player progress, game statistics, and team performance.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Coaching certification preferred.
