Job Title: Special Education Paraprofessional - SEBS Program Location: West Springfield Middle SchoolHours: Full-time, 30 hours/weekSalary Range: $18.67/hr - $23.96/hrResponsibilities:
* Work with individual students or small groups of students to reinforce learning
* Alert the teacher of any problems or special information about students
* Participate in in-service training programs, as assigned
* Guide independent study, enrichment work and remedial work assigned by the teacher
* Relate to students within the classroom in a manner consistent with the teacher's philosophy in the area of discipline and instruction
* Other duties as may be assignedQualifications:
* Associates degree or 48 college credits or WorkKeys certification completed
* Demonstrated aptitude for the work to be performed
* Such alternatives found to be appropriate
* Certification in first aid certification and CPR preferredWork Schedule: Full-time, 30 hours/week
