• Should have a work schedule which will enable him/her to meet the supervisory obligations without interference with his/her regular working schedule and will fit in with the sports program at the middle school.
• Experience supervising middle school students desired.
• Present employment at Thompson Middle School preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to perform the responsibilities listed below as evidenced by previous experience and the interview process.

Job Description

Position: Sports Supervisor Location: Thompson Middle School Reports to: Principal, TMS and the Superintendent of Schools, or designee. School Year: 2026-2027 (11/30/2026-2/11/2027) Funding: Local sports supervisor stipend $ 750.00
• Attends all home games.
• Supervises Thompson Middle School students who attend at home games.
• Ensures that designated doors are opened at assigned times.
• Collects entrance money during the games.
• Ensures that students behave in a manner according to school policy and obtains assistance from the principal or assistant principal if needed.
• Performs any other duties stipulated by the principal of Thompson Middle School.
