Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct all practices and games.
• Supervise assistant and sub-varsity coaches.
• Promote a positive team culture and student-athlete development.
• Ensure compliance with Miaa and school district policies.

Qualifications

• Previous basketball coaching experience preferred.
• Knowledge of rules, strategies, and techniques of interscholastic basketball.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Position: Head Coach / Varsity Boys Basketball

Reports to: Athletic Director and Building Principal. Job Goal: To develop and lead a competitive, educationally-based varsity boys basketball program that emphasizes teamwork, sportsmanship, and academic achievement.
